BCL Legal is delighted to be working with a highly regarded national law firm in search of a talented Commercial Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE. The Role

As a Commercial Solicitor, you will:

• Work as part of a nationally recognised team with a strong reputation for commercial work.
• Advise on a broad range of commercial matters, including general commercial contracts, supply chain agreements, outsourcing, intellectual property, technology, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
• Support senior team members on complex matters while also developing your own client relationships.
• Have the opportunity to work with a varied client base, including large corporates, SMEs, sports clubs and public sector organisations.
• Play a role in business development and networking, with excellent support from the firm to build your profile.

About You

To be successful in your application for this Commercial Solicitor vacancy, you will have:

• At least 3 years' PQE in commercial law, gained at a well-regarded law firm or in-house team.
• Experience in drafting, negotiating, and advising on a variety of commercial contracts.
