Qualifications

• Confident communicator capable of talking to customers face to face and on the phone.
• Experience turning conversations into opportunities and driving sales.
• Able to manage activity, pipelines and call targets.

Responsibilities

• Call existing trade customers to build relationships and grow business.
• Spot inactivity and reactivate accounts using customer data.
• Manage targeted customer lists and achieve daily call targets.
• Promote products, offers and events to keep customers engaged.
• Arrange surveys/appointments for Kitchen Sales Designers.
• Support depot administration including invoicing and tasks.
• Collaborate with depot team to hit targets and deliver service.
