Howdens Joinery Limited in the UK is recruiting a Business Developer to grow local depot trade. You’ll talk to customers face to face and on the phone, build relationships and drive business by turning conversations into opportunities.

Working with our Kitchen Sales Designers and Territory Sales Representatives, you’ll generate leads, arrange appointments and keep the pipeline moving, while supporting administration and depot targets in a busy team.

Qualificações

• Experience in telesales, account management or customer-focused roles.
• Ability to build long-term relationships and convert conversations into opportunities.
• Comfortable working to call targets and activity levels.

Responsabilidades

• Calling existing trade customers to build long-term relationships and grow future business.
• Using customer data to spot inactivity and bring accounts back on track.
• Managing a targeted customer list and achieving daily call activity levels.
• Promoting products, offers and events to keep customers engaged.
• Supporting administration and depot tasks.
• Working closely with the wider team to hit targets and deliver great service.
