Howdens Joinery is seeking a proactive Business Developer to grow local depot sales by building relationships with trade customers, both face-to-face and on the phone. You will generate leads, arrange appointments and maintain a strong pipeline, working with Kitchen Sales Designers and Territory Sales Representatives to convert conversations into opportunities and sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales, account management or a customer-focused role is helpful.
• A confident communicator who can speak to customers face to face and on the phone.

Responsabilités

• Call existing trade customers to build long-term relationships and grow future business.
• Use customer data to spot inactivity and bring accounts back on track.
• Arrange surveys and appointments for Kitchen Sales Designers.
• Promote products, offers and events to keep customers engaged.
• Support administration, including invoicing and general depot tasks.
