Overview

We are looking for a Multi Skilled Commercial/Domestic Gas Engineer based in Birmingham and surrounding areas. This successful FM Business role is mobile, covering a number of sites across Kent and surrounding areas. You will be expected to provide outstanding pre‑planned preventative and reactive solutions to a wide range of commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and repairs of forced draught burners, natural draught flued appliances and room sealed appliances.

Qualifications and Requirements

• CCN1 COCN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, & TPCP1
• Commercial Gas qualification – Essential
• FGAS – Desired but not essential
• Domestic gas qualifications – Desirable but not essential
• Previous experience in a commercial environment – advantage

Desirable Skills

• Basic plumbing knowledge
• Basic Electrics
• Air Conditioning experience
• Unvented systems – desirable (but not essential)
• Health & Safety awareness
