A leading Gas Company in Reading is seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to service and maintain commercial boiler plants, including fault finding on heating systems. Candidates must hold full ACS Commercial Gas certificates and live within a reasonable commuting distance. A company van for private use is also provided.

Commercial Gas Engineer

A leading Gas Company established since 1998 has been carrying out installation and maintenance work for the Industrial, Commercial and Domestic sectors, currently has a key requirement for an experienced, mature driven individual within their Commercial Gas team covering M4 Corridor and surround area.

The position is to service and maintain commercial boiler plant, PPM and attend breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Gas Engineer to service commercial boilers and heating plant.
• Commercial Gas Engineer to complete fault finding on commercial boilers and heating systems.
• Commercial Gas Engineer to be fully certified to carry out Installation, Maintenance, Repairs and Servicing.
• Commercial Gas Engineer will be covering M4 Corridor area.
• Commercial Gas Engineer will benefit from callout out 1 in 8, and paid at £150. Travel is paid door to door. If called out you're paid at overtime rate.
• Commercial Gas Engineer will be able to use Company Van for private use within reason. Private work is also allowed outside of working hours.

Qualifications

• Commercial Gas Engineer to have full ACS Commercial Gas certificates.
• Commercial Gas Engineer to have experience in commercial gas heating.
• Commercial Gas Engineer to live within a commutable distance to Reading.

Salary: £45k - £50k basic dependent on experience + call out + package + vehicle + pension.
