Job Description
- Act as a key business partner across commercial and operational teams.
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), delivering budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
- Own financial evaluation of strategic projects including ROI modelling and scenario planning.
- Drive cash flow forecasting, working capital analysis, and performance improvement.
- Implement automated dashboards and reporting tools for real-time insights.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis into revenue, margins, and KPIs to identify opportunities and risks.
- Lead the rollout of a company-wide purchase order system to improve spend visibility and governance.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance reporting accuracy and system integration.
- Contribute to the development of financial controls and scalable processes suitable for a high-growth SME.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Finance Business Partner should have:
- A professional accounting qualification or QBE.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
