  • Act as a key business partner across commercial and operational teams.
  • Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), delivering budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
  • Own financial evaluation of strategic projects including ROI modelling and scenario planning.
  • Drive cash flow forecasting, working capital analysis, and performance improvement.
  • Implement automated dashboards and reporting tools for real-time insights.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis into revenue, margins, and KPIs to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Lead the rollout of a company-wide purchase order system to improve spend visibility and governance.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance reporting accuracy and system integration.
  • Contribute to the development of financial controls and scalable processes suitable for a high-growth SME.
