Your role will involve partnership with senior sales leaders to enhance the effectiveness of systems like CRM and Power BI, ensuring the success of our growth ambitions.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to analyse and interpret commercial data.
  • Proven experience in sales support/sales.
  • Experience working with Power BI desirable.
  • Advanced skills in MS Applications.
  • CRM champion.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel, with overnight stays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide data and insights to support decision-making.
  • Partner with managers to roll out initiatives.
  • Analyze key market and customer data.
  • Work with sales teams to drive system adoption.
  • Monitor KPIs and guide actions for improvement.
  • Support divisional growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing for new business.
  • Assist in key account planning.
  • Lead onboarding for new team members on systems.
  • Act as CRM and Power BI Champion.
  • Travel for face-to-face sales meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with policies.
