Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements, NDAs, and other commercial contracts.
• Advise Sales and Partnerships teams on deal structuring and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and financial regulations.
• Support international expansion and cross-border agreements.
• Collaborate with external counsel as needed.
