Overview

This role sits within Doctors.net.uk, a subsidiary of M3 Inc. Responsibilities
  • Contract Review & Risk Management
    • Conduct comprehensive reviews of contracts, NDA’s, terms and conditions, and amendments
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks including liability, indemnification, and performance obligations
    • Ensure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and GDPR obligations
    • Escalate high-risk or complex contractual issues to senior management and legal counsel
  • Relationship Support
    • Work closely with account managers and sales teams to facilitate smooth contract processes
    • Provide commercial guidance during discussions and contract negotiations
    • Address queries regarding contractual terms and obligations
    • Support contract renewals and amendments to maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Documentation & Process Management
    • Maintain accurate records of all contract negotiations and final agreements
    • Develop and update contract templates and negotiation playbooks
    • Create contract summaries and risk assessments for internal stakeholders
    • Ensure timely contract execution and proper filing of all documentation

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Law, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years\' experience in commercial contract negotiations, preferably customer-facing
  • Proven track record of successful contract negotiations with measurable commercial outcomes
  • Strong understanding of commercial law, contract principles, and customer relationship management

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer interactions
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of pricing structures and business models
  • Ability to interpret complex legal terms and explain them in business language
  • Proficiency in contract management systems and Microsoft Office suite
