Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Asset Manager to oversee a £800m+ national commercial property portfolio. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage day-to-day operations while also driving strategic asset growth and identifying new acquisition opportunities.

The Role

Office based, located in North London
Hours 9am-5.30pm
Salary £50k-£60k

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage leases, tenancy schedules, rent reviews, and lease renewals to maximise value
  • Oversee property inspections, maintenance, and refurbishment projects
  • Liaise with agents, surveyors, solicitors, contractors, and brokers
  • Support service charge budgets, financial reporting, and insurance portfolio management
  • Contribute to strategic asset planning and acquisitions
About You
  • Experience in commercial property management or similar, with strong knowledge of lease events and rent reviews
  • Understanding of Landlord & Tenant Act and property management accounting
  • Proactive, organised, and confident working independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • RICS qualified (Desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence (Desirable)
