Commercial and Property Litigation Solicitor | Prestigious Firm | Manchester

The Role

This highly-regarded team is seeking to recruit a Solicitor with 1+ year PQE to join them in Manchester City Centre.

This opportunity will see you focusing on a wide variety of work, including:

Property Litigation

• Easements
• Leasehold enfranchisement
• Commercial and residential possession claims
• Co-ownership disputes
• Lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture and relief

Commercial Disputes

• Contractual and commercial disputes
• Guarantor actions
• High value and complex debt recovery
• Personal and corporate insolvency

Requirements

• You will have 1+ year of experience as a Litigation Solicitor
• You will have experience managing a wide variety of litigated matters
