Job summary

A prominent hospitality company in Wadebridge is seeking a highly organized Commercial Administrator to support its commercial functions. Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (with Excel as a must).
  • Previous experience in a commercial or finance support role is desirable.
  • A background in hospitality or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the supplier and contract register for governance.
  • Manage supplier price and contract changes proactively.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding invoice and contract queries.
  • Prepare product briefs under the guidance of the commercial manager.
  • Ensure data consistency in collaboration with the data analyst.
  • Place adhoc purchase orders when appropriate.
  • Maintain a business change register with IT coordination.
  • Attend project meetings and assist with adhoc duties.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
Experience with ERP systems
Previous experience in a commercial or finance support role
