Job Description

Role: Commercial Administrator

  1. Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, emailing, and printing to support the commercial and procurement teams.
  2. Prepare and review monthly applications for issuance.
  3. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
  4. Update pricing databases on Excel.
  5. Assist in the ordering and estimating processes.
  6. Update and maintain price libraries and trackers in Microsoft Excel.
  7. Process subcontractor payments.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as an administrator or administrative assistant in manufacturing, construction, or a commercial environment.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
