Signatus is exclusively retained by a trailblazing Alternative Legal Solutions Provider undergoing rapid UK, US & Irish expansion. We're hiring an experienced Commercial Account Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients across legal, Fintech, pharma, financial, and professional services. If you're a trusted advisor to senior legal stakeholders, with a proven ability to deliver tailored solutions and expand key accounts, this role offers high-impact, high-reward opportunity.

The Opportunity:

  • Own and grow a defined portfolio of strategic, high-value new and existing client accounts
  • Partner with Legal Directors to create bespoke Managed Legal Solutions
  • Lead renewals, upsells, and multi-stakeholder negotiations at GC/Legal Ops level
  • Act as a commercial lead in cross-functional teams (legal, talent, delivery)
  • Maintain a strong 12-month revenue pipeline and accurate forecast reporting
  • Stay ahead of legal sector trends, client challenges, and competitor moves

About You:

  • Essential: Experience in ALSPs, legaltech, or managed legal services environments
  • 7+ years’ experience in commercial account management within legal, ALSP, or professional services
  • Strong revenue track record: client retention, upselling, cross-functional collaboration
  • Comfortable navigating complex contracts, procurement cycles, and high-level legal relationships
  • Excellent communicator: confident presenting to exec and GC-level stakeholders
  • Strategic, solutions-driven, and commercially astute
