A global technology company in Birmingham is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales performance and build strong customer relationships. The role includes developing business opportunities, maintaining a sales pipeline, and contributing to a high-performing sales team. Candidates should have a proven sales track record, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively. This opportunity offers a basic salary up to £35,655 with additional benefits, including hybrid working options.
We are seeking those who are driven to meet and exceed their personal targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and are strategic in their approach to selling value propositions including products, solutions and professional services to prospects and customers within a specified territory. You will also be driven to create and implement Customer Account Plans in line with market and target, utilising relevant sales methodology.
The role is to develop business opportunities through focused and strategic account activity and cross selling the Canon portfolio of products and solutions to retain our customer base and gain new client accounts. Working to agreed targets you will use your planning and forecasting skills to accurately generate and maintain a sales pipeline.
Through building excellent internal and external customer relationships, managing resources and being a strong ambassador for Canon from order to delivery, you will have all of the resources available to you to be successful and financially rewarded on your sales successes.
