Overview

Join a global independent insurance broker as they launch a new venture into the UK retail market. We are looking for ambitious, new business-focused Account Executives based out of the Birmingham or Manchester office.

Responsibilities

• Work across commercial lines including property, casualty, and liability.
• Target GWP between £10,000 and £100,000.
• Drive new business and build strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with leads supported by divisions such as High Net Worth and Corporate.
• Focus on generating new business while leveraging the existing network.

Requirements

• Proven track record in new business development.
• Strong commercial lines knowledge.
• Drive to deliver results.
• Clear strategy for your first 12 months, including how you will manage covenant restrictions.

Details

This is a fast-moving project with a simple two-stage interview process and roles ready to go. Salary is variable, dependent on income production experience, book size and demonstrable ability. Location: Birmingham or Manchester.
