We are now seeking a motivated and compassionate Specialist Nurse to join our Nurse Division and support the delivery of exceptional care across the UK & Ireland.

Role Overview

As a Coloplast Nurse, you will deliver expert clinical, psychological, and educational support to patients requiring intermittent self-catheterisation (ISC) and trans-anal irrigation. You will also play a vital role in supporting healthcare professionals, promoting pathways of care, and ensuring that patients have access to the Coloplast Charter home delivery service.

This role offers the opportunity to combine your nursing expertise with patient-centred care while contributing to the growth of our partnership with healthcare providers and supporting the Coloplast mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support TWOC (Trial Without Catheter) Clinics.
  • Deliver patient education in ISC and Peristeen trans-anal irrigation.
  • Provide ethical, evidence-based care in line with professional standards and guidelines.
  • Support patients through clinical reviews, virtual consultations, and digital platforms.
  • Develop and promote patient pathways to maximise appropriate referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with NHS partners and community teams.
  • Provide expert advice and support to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Collect and analyse patient feedback to continually improve services.
  • Deliver educational training and support to fellow healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in audits, evaluations, and research to monitor and improve service standards.
  • Maintain accurate and professional clinical records in compliance with legal and company requirements.
What We’re Looking For
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMC or NMBI registration.
  • Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience in an acute care setting.
  • Ability to catheterise both men and women.
  • Experience in patient teaching and education.
  • Strong IT proficiency and comfortable with digital platforms.
  • High professional standards, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach.
  • Ability to manage caseloads effectively and work independently.
  • Commercial awareness and willingness to support Coloplast’s business growth.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
Desirable
  • Specialist nursing skills in urology, bowel management, or continence care.
  • Experience with service development and patient pathway design.
