The Strategic Infrastructure (SI) business unit has been created to deliver 17 game changing projects across the UK, along with a pipeline of strategic initiatives that will accelerate progress toward net zero and support the UK government's bold target of reaching 50GW of renewable energy by 2030.
As the Superpowered Colleague Communication and Engagement Specialist for SI, you'll be at the heart of bringing this mission to life. You'll craft bold, compelling, and high impact communications that energise colleagues, amplify our purpose, and ensure everyone across SI feels connected, inspired, and fully behind our vision and values. This is your chance to supercharge engagement and help unite thousands of people behind some of the UK's most important infrastructure projects.
A competitive salary between £48,000 - £58,000 per annum - dependent on capability.
As well as your base salary, you will receive a contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
