Responsibilities

• Monitoring collateral calls from counterparties.
• Facilitating margin dispute resolution between parties.
• Verifying delivery of collateral to clients and brokers.
• Cleared and bilateral reconciliations for derivative products traded by our clients.
• Complex problem resolution and communication with counterparties.
• Involvement in technology projects and enhancements.
• Projects, testing and continuous process improvement.
• Compiling and distributing metrics and management information.
• Facilitating the onboarding of new clients.
