Inspired by the golden era of 1930s Shanghai, Bund blends glamour, music, mixology, and nightlife energy; and we’re looking for a Cocktail Waiter/Waitress who can match the pace. As part of the prestigious Fundamental Hospitality group, Bund delivers high-end nightlife experiences in the heart of Mayfair. Our doors stay open until 4am, so this Cocktail Waiter/Waitress role is ideal for someone who thrives in late-night luxury environments.

The Role – Cocktail Waiter/Waitress. We are seeking an experienced Cocktail Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic nightlife team. You will deliver exceptional service, manage a busy section, and elevate the guest experience in one of London’s most exciting late-night venues.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive, high-energy service throughout the night.
• Maintain and prepare your section to an impeccable standard.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Bund and Shanghai-Me’s concept, cocktails, and service style.
• Take detailed and accurate guest orders, including dietary considerations.
• Work seamlessly with runners, bartenders, and the management teamli>
• Keep waiter stations polished, stocked, and ready for peak service.
• Manage orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Support the team with guest feedback ongoing service improvement.
