The successful Coach Builder may have experience as a coachbuilder, assembly fitter, trim fitter, assembler, or similar roles that require accurate measurement and comfortable use of hand and power tools. The Coach Builder position offers ongoing training, a clean and modern facility, and a career progression plan to upskill into a skilled coach builder role.

Duties of the Coach Builder position

• Working on bespoke projects for high-quality builds
• Assembly/fixture of vehicle components
• Using a range of hand and power tools, including cutting knives
• Accurately measuring and reading drawings/build instructions

• Starting salary circa £27k, with increases after probation and regular salary review; within 6‑12 months salary could rise to £30k
