Qualifications

• Experience of CNC lathes programming, setting and operating on multi axis/spindle machines.
• Good understanding of machine setups with vice and machine clamping.
• A high proven knowledge of detail work and to produce quality product.

Responsibilities

• Producing individual items to technical drawings and instructions.
• Preparing own material (saw cutting) and setting operation of multiple machines.
• Inspecting one's own work with traditional measuring techniques.

Qualifications

• Time served qualifications
• Experience of CNC lathes programming, setting and operating on multi axis/spindle machines
• Good understanding and experience of machine setups with vice and machine clamping
• Good understanding of levelling and clocking of multiple operations. One off and shorts runs working more than one machine.
• A high proven knowledge of detail work and to produce quality product

Responsibilities

• Producing individual items to technical drawings and instructions
• Preparing own material (saw cutting) Setting and operation of multiple machines
• Inspecting ones own work with traditional measuring techniques (micrometres, bore gaues, slip gauges) as well as spindle mounted Renishaw probe.

Hours

40 hours a week on normal day shift.
