We are offering a super opportunity for a CNC Supervisor / Programmer / Setter / Operator.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Program, set, and operate CNC machines to produce high‑quality components
• Work with Mazak and Fanuc controls
• Team lead a small team of Operators
• Optimize machining processes for efficiency and precision
• Maintain quality control and troubleshoot issues
• Champion continuous improvements
• Happy to work days

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant CNC Programming / Setting and Operating experience
• Predominantly CNC Milling
• Ideally, to have some supervisory experience, or to have worked at a Senior level
• However, you may be a CNC Programmer, who is looking to step up your career into a more Senior role
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Happy to work days, but flexibility would be required to cover when needed
• Ambitious and keen to progress
