CNC Setter / Operator - Weekend Shift

Location: Redditch

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour + weekend shift allowance

Shift Pattern

• Days: Friday - Sunday (3 nights per week)
• Hours: 5:30 PM - 6:00 AM (12‑hour shifts)
• Breaks: 30 minutes unpaid per shift
• Total Hours: 36 hours per week

The Role

We are currently recruiting an experienced CNC Setter / Operator to join a well‑established manufacturing business on a weekend shift pattern. You'll be working with Mazak, Doosan, and Matsura CNC machines, across both milling and turning, producing high‑quality precision components in a modern, safety‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and operate Mazak, Doosan, and Matsura CNC machines (milling & turning).
• Produce components to tight tolerances and quality standards.
• Read and work from engineering drawings.
• Carry out basic machine maintenance and resolve minor faults.
• Inspect finished components using measuring equipment.
• Meet production targets within a weekend shift schedule.
