Qualifications

• Proven experience setting and running CNC machines.
• Confident programming Fanuc VMCs.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (including GD&T).
• Flexible, proactive, and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Set, operate, and program CNC VMCs (Fanuc or Mazak controls).
• Program online at the control and prove out new jobs.
• Provide absence and production cover when required.
• Carry out TPM/PPM activities to maintain equipment performance.
• Support and implement lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineers to optimise machining processes.
