The role involves working on various raw materials and small batch work using Doosan machines and CADCAM packages. Successful candidates should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and have an engineering apprenticeship or relevant experience, ideally in the aerospace sector. Job Title: CNC Miller Programmer

Job Type: Days based, Perm

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE

Hours: Flexible 37hr week Mon-Fri

Location : Abingdon

Our client is a precision machining company, run by engineers, not accountants, providing a complete one-stop-shop service for high quality, low quantity prototype and experimental components and assemblies. They love high quality complex components and short lead times. A specialist in short, they are a specialist sub-contract manufacturer, with CNC and full assembly capabilities.

They are looking to add another to their team of 10 Millers.

What’s the job?
  • Work in all types of raw material from Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Copper, Brass through to Plastics.
  • Small batch work – OneOff
  • Doosan machines with Fanuc
  • Working on CADCAM packages (Hypermill)
Responsibilities
