Overview

Are you an experienced CNC Miller? Have you worked with Fanuc, Mazak, or Heidenhain controls producing high-precision components for aerospace or other regulated industries? One of our large aerospace manufacturers is looking for skilled CNC professionals to join their team on-site in Basildon.

Role: CNC Miller (Contract) | Negotiable Rates

Typical schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00–16:00; Friday, 7:30–12:30. Location: Basildon.

Responsibilities

• Setting and operating CNC milling machines (minimum 3 axes).
• Working with Fanuc, Mazak, or Heidenhain milling controls.
• Machining high-precision metal components and working to extremely tight tolerances.
• Conduct thorough quality checks.

Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications

• Proven experience setting and operating CNC milling machines.
• Familiar with machining high-precision metal components in highly regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, automotive, nuclear).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and self-check work.
