Maxwell Consultancy are working with a market leading engineering business in their search for CNC Millers with 5 axis experience. These are full‑time permanent positions working in their state‑of‑the‑art workshop in Glasgow. The business are going through a period of growth with an extremely healthy order book. Making vital components for the Aerospace & Defence markets.

What's required?
  • Time served CNC Machinist or extensive experience as Machinist
  • Set up, program, and operate 5-axis milling machines to produce high‑precision components.
  • Interpret schematic engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.
  • Working across 3 shift pattern – early, back and nights.
  • Inspection of components
  • Adhere to health & safety procedures in the workshop at all times
  • Work as part of a close knit team
What to expect?
  • Full time, permanent position
  • 37 hours per week, 3‑shift rotation, Monday to Friday
  • £27.51 per hour
  • Overtime available at enhanced rates
