  • Ability to identify and correct issues during dry runs.
  • Confident reading technical drawings and using measuring equipment.

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Set, operate, and program CNC machines, including working with Mazatrol controls.
  • Perform dry running to validate tool paths and check clearances.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
  • Carry out machine setups, tool changes, and in-process inspection.
  • Work to tight tolerances and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments.

This role involves working with a variety of CNC equipment, producing precision components to exacting standards. The ideal candidate will be confident setting machines from scratch, adjusting offsets, and interpreting complex engineering drawings. You will play a key part in maintaining high-quality output, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring efficient throughput in a busy manufacturing environment.

CNC Machinist Responsibilities
  • Set, operate, and program CNC machines, including working with Mazatrol controls.
