Pay: $17.00–$19.00/hr
Schedule: Mon–Thu 6:00 AM–4:00 PM | OT Fridays

Pay $17.00–$19.00 per hour (based on experience) + $3.00 shift differential
Work Schedule: 2nd Shift (Mon–Thurs, 4:00pm–2:00am)

Job Overview

Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts. Ensure quality, follow safety/ISO standards, perform measurements, and maintain efficient production.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC machines
  • Read CNC prints and work with tight tolerances
  • Use calipers, micrometers, and measuring tools
  • Complete quality and inspection reports
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments
  • Maintain clean, safe work area
Qualifications
  • 1–5 years CNC or precision machining experience
  • Skilled with precision measuring tools
  • Ability to read technical documents and instructions
  • Basic troubleshooting preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
Physical Requirements
  • Stand, walk, bend regularly
  • Lift up to 35 lbs
  • Frequent hand/arm use; strong visual acuity
