Job description

Hours of work: 40 per week (7pm – 6am, Mon - Thur)

Tasks for a CMM Inspector:

• Mechanical inspection of machined components to required quality standards
• Follow engineering drawings and spec sheets
• Carry out visual inspections
• Carry out first principle inspections
• Bench inspection
• CMM inspection

CMM Inspector Profile:

• Several years of mechanical/quality inspection within a high-precision business
• Good working knowledge of CMM machines, ideally Mitutoyo / Zeiss
• Experience using Faro Arm and Contour Trace would be ideal
• Good understanding of 1st, batch, and final inspection
• Solid understanding of GD&T
• Strong use of all hand measuring tools and equipment
