A fantastic opportunity to help maximize the revenue across the Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin properties in Newcastle. As Cluster Sales Manager you will drive the Hotels Sales and Marketing plan. Reporting into the General Managers and the Regional Director of Sales you will ensure that both brands are represented whilst actively looking for new opportunities and cross selling all hotels within Mal / HdV. You will manage and lead the inquiry process, ensure the training and communication within the department and across the two hotels is implemented with maximum efficiency and develop strong relationships with guests within the hotels. You will be a self starter, organised and able to prioritize actions whilst managing tasks through to completion. It goes without saying that excellent communication skills in both verbal and oral are essential as is confidence in presenting to senior decision makers in other businesses. Experience in a similar role would be beneficial as would a working knowledge of the Hotel industry.
