Cluster IT Technician – 2nd Line, Nottingham

Code Red are representing a client that is looking for an IT Support Technician to support schools within the academy trust in the Nottingham area.

Responsibilities:

• Checking computer hardware (HDD, mice, keyboards, etc.) to ensure functionality
• Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications
• Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving IT issues
• Ensuring security and privacy of networks and computer systems, with good knowledge of IT security solutions
• Active Directory and Group Policy Management
• Office 365 Administration

Additional Requirements:

You must have full right to work in the UK due to undergoing DBS checks. A full UK driving license is also required to travel between sites.
