A hospitality group is seeking a Cluster HR Officer based in Manchester, responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. In this position you would be working within the HR department, which covers our Liverpool, Chester Manchester and Belfast properties. You'll be primarily based in Manchester, with occasional travel to other hotels in your cluster, where necessary. Presence is important in our hotels and offices; we promote an open-door policy within all HR departments! This is an HR generalist role, so you'll be involved in many different activities within the department!
