Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in IT Infrastructure Engineer or Technical Support role.
• Strong experience with Windows Server.
• Experience supporting Linux environments (Debian desirable).
• Hands-on experience with VoIP/SIP technologies.
• Good networking and security knowledge.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and writing SQL queries.
• Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage and support cloud-hosted and on-premise infrastructure platforms.
• Support VoIP/SIP-based application environments.
• Migrate legacy platforms to cloud environments.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support.
• Maintain and upgrade Windows, Linux, network and application components.
• Ensure compliance with security and resilience standards.
• Document systems, changes, incidents and resolutions.
