Responsibilities

A bit about the job:

  • We’re recruiting for a Cloud Enablement Architect to join our Hosting and Service Platforms team.
  • You’ll be part of a newly formed Cloud Enablement function, helping to define how Aviva consumes cloud services across Azure, AWS and container platforms.
  • Your work will shape architectural standards, improve developer experience, and enhance automation and service reliability. You’ll collaborate with platform teams and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure and efficient cloud solutions that support Aviva’s transformation journey.
Skills and experience we’re looking for
  • Proven experience architecting cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure (AWS experience is a bonus).
  • Strong background in cloud architecture, automation and service enablement.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into robust cloud designs.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Desirable certifications include:
  • Microsoft Certified: Solutions Architect Expert
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
