Qualifications

  • Must be aged 18 or above and have the right to work in the UK.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
  • Ability to promote areas of the Club and understand services offered.

Overview

A Cloakroom Attendant to provide a courteous and efficient service in the cloakroom & toilet areas to members and guests. In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the jobholder is required to perform such other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.


Responsibilities


  • To fully comply with local policies in relation to handling guests' property.

  • To fully comply with policies relating to lost items and lost tickets.

  • To keep the cloakroom areas clean and tidy.

  • To receive, keep and return coats, hats, etc., in the cloakroom area, belonging to members and guests.

  • Comply with till procedures as set out by the company.

  • Always achieve the highest possible standards of personal grooming.

  • Reporting all maintenance faults to the maintenance office.

  • Maintain and reflect the brand values at all times.

  • Report for duty at the time specified on the rota and to be in the correct uniform and in the cloakroom at the beginning of their shift.

  • Outstanding customer service skills.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and able to maintain a positive, appropriate relationship with all guests.

  • Methodical and attentive to detail.

  • Ability to promote all areas of the Club and understand departmental specific operations and services in order to explain and guide the guest during their visit.

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment.

  • To be a team player.

  • Able to communicate in clear and concise English.

  • A high level of personal integrity.

  • A strong work ethic with a passion for exceeding expectations.
