A local health service provider in Gloucester is seeking a professional responsible for negotiating complex care programmes. You will work with both adults and children, ensuring therapeutic and social inclusion outcomes while supervising health professionals. The role requires strong diplomacy and evaluation skills, along with a commitment to innovation and psychological strategies.
Responsible for negotiating and developing individual and highly complex care programmes in accordance with service users using a high degree of diplomacy and motivational skills.
Ensure the therapeutic programme across a seven-day period is developed based on therapeutic outcomes shown through audit and evaluation of evidence-based practice.
Ensure the promotion of social inclusion and the recovering model.
Ensure that a culture of innovation is achieved through research, practice development, audit and strategic development including the development of local policies and procedures and psychological interventions.
Respond to emergencies, ensure that staff groups are aware of their obligation to do so and ensure that all staff are trained as required.
Co-ordinate and continually analyse and evaluate 24-hour delivery of complex care to ensure that agreed outcomes are met.

Be responsible for the supervision of Allied Health Professionals, Qualified Practitioners, Positive Behavioural Support Practitioners, Positive Behavioural Management Practitioners, Community Support Workers and students in training.
