Qualifications

  • Previous experience of working in an IT software support role.

  • Good understanding of applications used in NHS.
  • Proven knowledge of patient care routes or HR routes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd line Application support and manage user support.
  • Liaise with third party suppliers and configure software as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR guidelines in data protection.
