A leading educational institution is seeking a Lead Coordinator to oversee clinical scheduling for providers in Rochester. Position Summary: Oversees and optimizes clinical and precepting scheduling for over 105 providers across eight suites and two outpatient sites. This position is responsible for training new employees, managing vacation requests, maintaining call schedules, and ensuring effective operational workflows. The Lead Coordinator generates reports to support operational initiatives, practice performance improvements, and scheduling optimization while adhering to Highland Health’s ICARE values. This role requires self‑direction, complex decision‑making, and collaborative support to ensure smooth operations and high‑quality care delivery.

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job.
