Stephen James Consulting continue to work with one of their expanding Adult Specialist Care providers, in the search for a Service Manager based in Hailsham, West Sussex.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of a complex care service
  • Leading, inspiring, and developing the clinical and support teams
  • Maintaining robust governance, quality assurance, and CQC compliance
  • Ensuring safe and effective care delivery for adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs
  • Overseeing budgets, staffing, and performance to ensure long-term sustainability
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered or Service Manager within Learning Disability and Mental Health services (essential)
