A healthcare service provider in Sutton-in-Ashfield is seeking an experienced professional secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to its medical team. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to prioritise tasks, and work autonomously. This position is crucial in supporting the Younger Onset Dementia Service within core hours of 8 AM to 5 PM.
The main duties will be to provide an efficient and comprehensive reception, secretarial and administrative support to the medical and clinical team within the Younger Onset Dementia Service between the core hours of 8am to 5pm.
This post is for an experience professional secretary who has a flexible approach to work and also has the ability to prioritise and work on their own initiative.
