Modality PartnershipWalsall Division has a full-time vacancy for a Clinical Pharmacist on a fixedterm contract for 1 year. The postholder will be a high performing Pharmacistand will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to patients, ensuring safe and effective medication use, working across adynamic Primary Care Network of six passionate General Practices within theWest of Walsall. We have a dedicated, enthusiastic team of health careprofessional comprising of different skills, and specialities includingPhysiotherapists, Paramedics, a Pharmacist Technician, Social Prescribers and aHealth Well-Being Coach.

The role is an all-rounded,hands-on Clinical Pharmacist role; the postholder will need to confidently evidenceand utilise key skills such as effective communication, ability to work as partof a multi-disciplinary team in a patient facing role to clinically assess andtreat patients using their expert knowledge of medicines for specific diseaseareas. The postholder will work in collaboration with local divisions (includingDivisional Boards) and the National Modality Business Support Team to deliver innovativeways of working to meet the strategic aims of the organisation.
The role is nota regular 9am-5pm job and is not a pure pharmacist patient facing role; the jobrequires innovation,
