Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join our Clinical Pharmacy Team. In this role, you will collaborate with professional staff, patients, and carers to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care for patients with complex mental health needs. Your responsibilities will include delivering clinical pharmacy services, promoting medicines optimisation across various specialties and localities, all under the guidance of the responsible senior clinical pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the clinical pharmacy service within the designated area, ensuring high-quality, patient-focused pharmaceutical care.
  • Liaise with pharmacy professionals, clinical staff, patients, and carers to optimize medicine use.
  • Participate in the development of pharmacy services as needs or opportunities arise.
  • Successfully complete the competency-based clinical pharmacy training programme.
  • Promote a positive image of individuals with mental health conditions and learning disabilities.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive image of the Pharmacy Department and the wider Trust.
