Qualifications

  • 2–6 years’ PQE in claimant clinical negligence.
  • Current Practising Certificate required.
  • APIL accreditation is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters.
  • Represent clients in court, including advocacy.
  • Participate in business development initiatives.
