Overview

Clinical Negligence Solicitor, 1–3 years PQE, Bristol, £45,000+ (DOE) – This is an exciting opportunity to work on a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims, whilst gaining exposure to high-value and complex matters under the guidance of senior lawyers. JOB REF: 1270

The role
  • You will be responsible for your own caseload of clinical negligence claims, from instruction to resolution, under appropriate supervision.
  • Assist more senior members of the team with more complex cases.
  • Review and analyse medical records, instruct experts, and prepare chronologies.
  • Draft pleadings, witness statements, instructions to Counsel, and settlement documents.
Skills required
  • Applications are sought from Clinical Negligence Solicitors with between 1-3 Years PQE
  • Excellent client care skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters empathetically.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility, teamwork, and a proactive approach are key, as is a genuine commitment to delivering excellent outcomes for clients.
