Job Description

The Clinical Negligence Solicitor will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;

  • Handling a diverse caseload of defendant clinical negligence claims with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Advising clients on legal issues related to clinical negligence and guide them through the litigation process.
  • Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
  • Advising a range of clients including NHS Trusts, Defence organisations and independent providers.
  • Supporting on business development




The Successful Applicant

The successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor should have / be;

  • Qualified solicitor with a background in clinical negligence or defendant PI
  • Strong knowledge of clinical negligence law and litigation processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ties to Leeds
  • Likely to be around 0-4 years PQE
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently and effectively.
