A healthcare organization is looking for a Clinical Navigator to join its Central Booking Line and Reception Team. The role involves managing appointments, providing a welcoming environment, and supporting patients during clinic hours. Prior reception or call handling experience is essential, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The position offers the opportunity to work in an integrated sexual health environment, contributing to patient care and service development. This role requires flexibility in work hours, including occasional Saturdays.

We are looking to appoint a highly-motivated, enthusiastic, efficient and friendly person to be part of Central Booking Line and Reception Team.
The Clinical Navigator within Integrated Sexual Health Services will work in a busy integrated sexual health environment, within a multidisciplinary team.
Shift patterns to be discussed at offer stage, will include working until 19:00 and will be 1 Saturday in 4. The clinic opening times are:
Monday - Thursday - 07:45 - 19:00
Fridays - 07:45 - 17:00
Saturdays (1 in 4) 09:45 - 13:15

Integrated Sexual Health Services has clinics at our Wheatbridge and Florence Nightingale Community Hospital Site in addition to many peripheral clinics across Derby and Derbyshire.
DCHS employ around 4,200 substantive staff, caring for patients in 11 community hospitals and more than 30 health centres, as well as in clinics, GP practices, schools, care homes and, increasingly, in people's own homes and via virtual consultations.
